Pork just the way you want it! Please fill out the form and we'll send it along to the butcher. A whole pig yields approximately 160 pounds of meat, and a half yields approximately 80 pounds. A standard cut includes sausage, bacon, pork chops, pork roasts, ribs, ham steaks, ham roasts, and ham hocks. Cured hams and bacon, and sage flavored seasoning on the sausage.
